International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Transformation

Editorial Policies

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Transformation (IJAIET) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that welcomes original manuscripts conforming to the journal's author guidelines. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess the scientific quality, formatting consistency, and relevance to the journal's core scope—artificial intelligence, engineering applications, and digital transformation.

Manuscripts that meet the editorial criteria are subjected to a blinded peer-review process, conducted by experts in the relevant subfields of AI and engineering. All communication regarding manuscript submission, review, and decision-making is conducted via email to ensure efficiency and transparency.

The journal adheres to strict confidentiality protocols during the peer review process to protect the identities of both authors and reviewers. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest at both the initial submission and final acceptance stages. This includes, but is not limited to, funding support, consultancy roles, commercial affiliations, or any partnerships that could influence the content or interpretation of the research. Any disclosed conflict will be stated in the final published article when applicable.

Where applicable, authors must be prepared to provide documentation of ethical clearances or institutional review board (IRB) approvals, particularly for research involving human subjects, AI applications with societal or psychological impacts, autonomous systems, or datasets involving sensitive information.

Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright agreement, granting IJAIET the first publication rights and distribution privileges through recognized global digital libraries and indexing platforms. Authors retain copyright of their work and will be fully acknowledged for any reproduction or secondary use of their material.

IJAIET follows a continuous publication model, where accepted articles are published immediately online, ensuring timely visibility and citation opportunities. Articles are indexed annually and submitted to relevant indexing services such as Google Scholar, ISI (International Scientific Indexing), Scilit, and AI/Engineering-specific databases for broader discoverability.

All published content is freely accessible to the global scientific community. Authors are not required to request permission for reprints or distribution of their published work, fostering open knowledge sharing and academic impact.

By adhering to these editorial and ethical policies, the International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Transformation remains committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and contribution to the advancement of responsible AI and intelligent engineering solutions worldwide.
