Instructions

Instructions to Author

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Transformation (IJAIET) is published monthly and follows a continuous publication model to ensure timely dissemination of high-impact research. Submissions are invited from researchers, academics, and industry professionals across the globe in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, automation, data science, smart systems, and engineering innovations.

All submitted papers undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Board, followed by a blinded peer-review process conducted by domain experts. Authors are strongly encouraged to review the journals editorial policies to understand the full scope of the review and publication process. All accepted manuscripts are subject to editorial revision to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with journal standards.

Authorship Criteria
Each listed author must meet the following authorship requirements:

  1. Significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or analysis and interpretation of data.
  2. Involvement in drafting or revising the manuscript for critical intellectual content.
  3. Approval of the final version for publication.

Submission of Manuscripts
All manuscripts are subject to initial editorial review, followed by evaluation by qualified external reviewers. To ensure rapid and efficient dissemination, editorial decisions are made promptly.
Authors can submit manuscripts via email at: aiengineering.research@gmail.com or through the official submission portal (Submit Manuscript link) available on the journal website.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscripts must be written in clear, scholarly English. Both British and American spellings are accepted. Files should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Research articles should follow the standard structure as outlined below:

  1. Title Page
  2. Abstract and Keywords
  3. Introduction
  4. Materials and Methods / Methodology
  5. Results
  6. Discussion
  7. Conclusion
  8. Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  9. References

Title Page Requirements
The title page should include the following:

  1. A clear and concise title of the manuscript.
  2. Names of all authors (maximum six), including one full forename, followed by affiliations (Department, Institution, City, Postal Code, Country). Use superscript numbers to indicate affiliations where necessary.
  3. Complete contact information of the corresponding author, including full mailing address, email ID, and phone number.
  4. A running title not exceeding 50 characters.

Abstract
The second page should contain a structured abstract not exceeding 250 words, organized under the following subheadings for research articles:

  1. Background
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusion

Keywords
Provide 3 to 6 keywords listed alphabetically and separated by commas, placed immediately below the abstract.

Introduction
Briefly describe the purpose and scope of the study. Explain the research problem, its relevance, and existing gaps in knowledge that the current study addresses. Cite only relevant literature to support your rationale.

Materials and Methods / Methodology
Clearly define the methodologies, algorithms, models, data sources, experimental tools, and techniques used in the research. The description should include sufficient detail to allow replication of the study by other researchers.

Results
Present findings logically and clearly, highlighting key patterns, outputs, or evaluations. Provide statistical details where applicable, and use tables, graphs, and figures to enhance data presentation. Type legends and captions for all visual elements within the main document.

Discussion
Discuss the implications, relevance, and novelty of the findings in relation to previous work. Address the limitations, interpret the results critically, and link them back to the studys objectives. Avoid repetition of raw results.

Conclusion
Summarize the major findings, highlighting the significance, innovation, and potential applications of the study in AI and engineering. Provide clear closing remarks and suggestions for future research.
